Selective Service Registration is required for males born after Selectee may be subject to a probationary/trial periodĮSEP appointees typically serve a two year trial period Responsible for pickup of laboratory specimens for deliver to the State Lab.Serves as Fleet Manager and is responsible for the upkeep of GSA vehicles and assignment of vehicles to staff, and schedules the GSA vehicles for preventive maintenance.Assists in the delivery and storing of supplies to designated locations.Responsible for ensuring the security of the warehouse when not in use and/or by the end of the workday.Responsible for storing items in a designated location by class, numerical or alphabetical sequence.Takes periodic inventories of all stock and property items and performs the more difficult reconciliation to correct discrepancies between the physical and actual recorded inventory.Performs extensive research and reviews documents for correct vendor information, product ordering number, description, unit of issue and purchase price.Responsible for initiating documents for medical supplies including surgical, other items requiring special handling documents for medical supplies including surgical, other items requiring special handling, subsistence, office supplies, housekeeping and non-expendable property.Responsible for preparation of requisitions, purchase orders, property receipts and disposable documents, transportation documents, survey documents, and other related correspondence.Responsible for receiving supplies and equipment, preparing calls and receiving functions in Unified Financial Management System (UFMS), positing and filing requests from the warehouse.The purpose of this position is to provide property and supply functions for the service unit and field clinics. The incumbent of this position reports to the Supervisory General Supply Specialist.
